Utilities Policy
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay while promoting responsible energy use, we include a generous daily electricity allowance of 20 kWh for short stays, which is typically more than sufficient for standard use, including air conditioning. Any additional consumption will simply be charged at the local utility rate.
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity usage is billed separately based on consumption during the reservation. For extended stays of 2+ months, guests are responsible for utilities including electricity, water, internet, and propane.
