Jason Waller is the CEO of Mexico Real Estate Group, now proudly operating as Christie’s International Real Estate Mexico Luxury Properties. Since relocating to Playa del Carmen in 2005 from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Jason has dedicated himself to helping others discover the magic of the Mexican Caribbean. His journey began with a bold move—packing up a Dodge Ram with a few essentials and embarking on a seven-day drive to start a new life in paradise.

Eighteen years later, Jason leads one of the premier real estate teams in the Riviera Maya. While he occasionally reflects fondly on Winnipeg’s frigid winters and -40°C temperatures, he has fully embraced the warmth and beauty of his adopted home. The Mexican Caribbean’s vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes have become the perfect backdrop for his professional and personal endeavors.
