You get calm mornings mixed with just enough energy from the nearby beach clubs.
Coco Beach has a mix of modern condos and older, more spacious options, with several buildings offering great ocean views. It works well for both full-time living and vacation rentals because visitors appreciate the walkable location and easy access to the beach.
What I enjoy most is the lifestyle. You can walk everywhere, grab coffee on 38th, be at the beach in minutes, and still feel like youâre in a quieter part of Playa.
