My family and I were looking for a place in Playa De Carmen for over a year and after failing to find something with my first realtor I stumbled upon Jerry. From the very first meeting I knew Jerry was a go getter and was going to get the job done to assure we found what we were looking for. I came across Tracy Beitz with Mexico Real Estate Group 2 years ago while looking for a beachfront property in tulum. Tracy has been instrumental in guiding me toward a new pre-development condo called KAOBA. The construction and design turned out to be one of the best in the Tankah Bay beach area and it shows that the developer took a lot of pride into building this project. Tracy has been extremely helpful along the way with her inputs, recommendations and updates up to the final inspection which she conducted herself on my behalf, an extremely detailed and thorough inspection I may add. My experience has been nothing short of amazing considering I was not there monitoring all the phases of the development during that period but eventually my trust in Tracy and her company paid off at the end.
