She has been coming to the region since 1979, previously lived here from 2003 to 2010, and is now a permanent resident living in Puerto Aventuras. This long-term relationship with the area gives her a depth of local familiarity that extends well beyond market knowledge alone and allows her to guide clients with a perspective shaped by decades of firsthand experience.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jane earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, a master’s degree in secondary education, and later became a certified paralegal specializing in environmental law. Her real estate career began during a visit to North Carolina’s Outer Banks, where a chance conversation with a developer led to her first role in oceanfront development. She quickly advanced, eventually establishing her own brokerage in North Carolina and earning recognition as a top-performing real estate professional.

Jane’s career later expanded internationally, including advising buyers and investors in Playa del Carmen who were seeking vacation properties, second homes, and lifestyle-driven investments. She also relocated to Grand Cayman, where she worked with leading global firms including Sotheby’s and Engel & Völkers, representing clients across high-end residential, oceanfront, and new-development segments.

Today, Jane is valued for her ability to combine strategic insight with discretion, clarity, and attentive service. She works closely with clients acquiring land, second homes, and investment properties, and her experience across multiple coastal markets uniquely positions her to serve international buyers seeking meaningful opportunities in Mexico’s most desirable destinations.

Outside of real estate, Jane is an accomplished equestrian and FEI show-jumping judge who has traveled extensively for international competitions. She is fluent in Hungarian and enjoys riding her horse, Akua, as well as scuba diving, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Teddy. Jane is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, Hawaii, and Grand Cayman, and she was recognized as a top producer in Hawaii Business Magazine in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
